Ripple Method Coaching uses your name and email to verify and manage your gathering registration. A phone number is optional and is used for texts only after you request them and verify the number.

Event messages

Verification and booking information are part of registration. An email reminder is included by default; you can turn it off before registering or through your private management link. Turning off reminders does not cancel your place.

Text reminders

Text reminders are optional, are not a condition of attendance, and contain no marketing. One verification code is sent per request and one reminder per confirmed event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance. You can also turn texts off through your management link or contact Jillian.

Future updates

Future gathering news and newsletter updates require a separate opt-in. The private link lets you change that choice or stop all optional messages. Cancelling a gathering does not automatically unsubscribe you from a newsletter you chose.

Who handles the information?

The launch system is designed to use Ripple’s Cloudflare hosting and database, Resend for event emails and Twilio for verified text reminders. Only the services enabled for your registration receive the information they need. We don’t sell attendee information or add advertising trackers.

Access and removal

Ask Jillian at hello@ripplemethodcoaching.com to correct or remove your information, or if you lose your management link. Keep that link private: it gives access to your registration and preferences.

Photographs

Registering does not give permission to publish an identifiable photograph of you. Photo permission is a separate conversation.
